Before starting:
Instagram currently divides its accounts into two categories: Professional – which is in turn divided into Business and Creator – and Personal.
Each one offers different advantages, because they have different functions. Which is the best option for you will depend on how you use Instagram. You can learn more about how to convert your Personal Instagram account into a Professional one here.
In Postcron, you can schedule and publish your content automatically to Company accounts, without notifications or reminders. However, you will only be able to publish posts in your Feed (news).
On the other hand, for a Personal account you must finish your posts through a notification sent by the Postcron app. This method allows you to schedule posts for both Feed (news) and Stories, while you can take advantage of all Instagram resources at the time of publication in its app!
That is to say, at Postcron, we divide the types of Instagram social accounts according to the publication dynamics: Company accounts will have automatic publication and accounts linked as Personal will respond to the publication dynamics with notifications.
You can add any type of Instagram account to post with notifications, such as a Personal account in Postcron. But you can only add one that is a Company account and meets the requirements as a Company account. If you are interested in automatic posting on Instagram, read more in this related article!

How to add Instagram accounts to Postcron to post with notifications?
Too easy! It’s just two steps so you can start scheduling and managing your posts on Instagram. Click on the Instagram icon in “Add Accounts” and then “Personal”.
Name your account in such a way that you can identify which Instagram account that post belongs to (it is not necessary to log in to Instagram beforehand, or enter your username and password).
When you receive the notification on your mobile device, it will have the account name as it is in Postcron; so we recommend that the name be the same (or one that helps you easily identify which Instagram account the post belongs to), so you can know if you need to change accounts in the Instagram application before posting (if you have only one account, ignore this detail).
You can also add your Business or Creator account using this method to post to them with notifications and schedule Stories!
